Liam teases exciting Brunchtime show | The Friday Article

Lifestyle blogger and radio host Liam O’Dell has teased an exciting episode of Brunchtime on Siren FM tomorrow.

The aspiring journalist – who studies at the University of Lincoln and co-hosts Brunchtime with his friend Danyal – has kept details of this week’s show a secret. However, he has revealed that this week’s programme will contain an exciting interview.

Liam said: “I cannot wait for tomorrow’s show. It’s a programme filled with great music and content.

“I’m not giving too much away just yet but definitely give the show a listen. 

“I’d love to hear your thoughts and it looks like it’s going to be a great show!”

Liam returns to radio | The Friday Article

Lifestyle blogger Liam O’Dell will return to radio this Saturday, when his show, Brunchtime with Liam & Danyal, returns after taking a festive break.

The show, which started in December, will have its first episode of 2016 broadcast on Siren 107.3 FM on Saturday, 10am to 12pm.

However, the first show is quite a unique one, as it is was recorded in the past as a pre-record. Also, as Liam’s co-presenter, Danyal, is unwell, Liam will be presenting the show on his own this week.

The show will return to being broadcast live from Siren FM next week, with both Danyal and Liam co-presenting.

On the show, Liam shares the latest sports and entertainment  news, local events as well as the news you might have missed.

If you follow me on Twitter or you have been reading my blog for a while, you will know that I’m already the producer for a radio show – The Siren FM Breakfast Show with Jarrad Johnson – but now I’m going to be co-presenting my own show!

It’s great, because with the Breakfast Show I get to be ‘behind-the-scenes’. Now, I’m very much on the other side of the equation and I’m so excited!

Weekly Update: I’m a Radio Show Producer!

As you may know already, I’m currently studying journalism at the University of Lincoln. On campus, they have the studio for the local community radio station, Siren FM.

Well, as the title suggests, I am now the producer for the Siren FM Breakfast Show!

It’s funny how it’s only been five weeks and I’ve already done work with ITV and community radio. I’m absolutely thrilled and can’t wait to start on Monday!
