Woohoo, 2013!
New Year celebrations, for me, are good, as they allow me to move on, and put 2012 in a little cardboard box (stupid metaphor, I know…), and get on with the next stage/year.
Anyway, enough with that… Now that it’s 2013, my mind has appeared to press the “Reset” button once again to start the next year, which is great as I’m now organised again!
I now know the plan for the rest of the year, and I’ve got tasks and plans along the way. So this year will hopefully be smooth…
My WIP Progress:
So the end of 2012 saw me finish Chapter Eleven. I now have a sort of plan for the book and know what will happen in the next few chapters. I am currently working on Chapter Fourteen, but I am also jumping forward and back should I get an idea for another part of the novel. I hope to finish it soon anyway, hopefully January, February, March, or April I should have my first draft. I then hope to wait 6 months so that I can return with a fresh mind and edit. I will then edit it two times before I shall send it out into the big wide world! So I should be submitting by the end of the year. Fingers crossed!
Liam

For me, I love the editing part the best, especially when you have to take a damn big pair of scissors and start cutting away at it. I’m currently two weeks away from starting the 3rd edit of one of my manuscripts. So good luck to you, and congrats on being so focused.
Haha! Me too! I love analysing things, so for me, editing’s great fun!
Oh wow! Good luck!
Thanks!
